PureProteome™ Human Albumin/Immunoglobulin Depletion Kit
The PureProteome Human Albumin/Immunoglobulin Depletion Kit is a magnetic bead based kit that enables high depletion efficiency (typically >99%) of Albumin and all Immunoglobulins (i.e IgG, IgA, IgM, IgE and IgD) from human serum or plasma samples.
The kit includes 12ml of premixed mag beads, 7ml of PBS buffer and an 8 pack of Amicon Ultra centrifugals for downstream buffer exchange or concentration if required.
